Our presence in the UK dates back many years.
Originally the Norinco range of ductile iron products were distributed by Selflock Access Covers & Gratings Limited based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Selflock’s emphasis on quality and innovation rendered them unique among access cover manufacturers in the UK, resulting in products that attained the highest British and European standards. Prestigious projects throughout the UK such as the new Wembley stadium, various RAF bases and Manchester Airport, specified the Norinco range, including the internationally acclaimed Solo range of hinged covers, the new Hinged Hatches or the Ermatic range of modular access solutions.
In January 2012 EJ Group companies; Norinco in Europe, Cavanagh in Ireland, East Jordan Iron Works in the USA, Havestock in Australia and McCoy in Canada became one brand EJ.
